The “Cassiope” Creoles in vermeil and green Amethyst are a uniquely beautiful combination. The subtly crafted vermeil give these earring hoops a discreet yet remarkable elegance. The green Amethyst on the other hand has a soft and mysterious colour which captures the light and attracts the eye. Alix draws inspiration for her jewellery from ancient ornaments, oriental motifs and religious symbols to create her collections. Starting from a small wax sculpture, the metal model is then carefully hand-crafted. Alix’s jewellery is made of vermeil (5 micron gold-plated silver) - a superior quality alloy composed of solid silver and a thin layer of gold, leading to exceptional durability. Each piece is unique and the slight differences is testament to the handiwork of the artisan.
